Delivery

Currently only shipping to the UK due to GDPR regulations and scary mystery taxes.

All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, please allow 5-7 working days for items to be posted as they may be made to order.

For last minute mad dash priority orders please email or better yet, check our socials for our next market dates and avoid those pesky delivery fees.


Returns

Our parcels are well packaged but glass is a fickle creature (as is the delivery process) so please email us if your item arrives damaged. We’ll cover the return delivery fee and once it’s back in my possession a fully refund or discounted repair will be sent your way.

As stated in our product descriptions and here right now all items are handmade therefore small differences are to be expected, no sheet of glass is exactly the same either and will look different depending on the light conditions. I highly recommend looking at all product photos and measurement because there will be no just changed your mind refunds.


Safety and Care

All items are made in the traditional tiffany style using 60/40 solder for the smoothest finish. This means all the pretty silver bits contain lead but fear not! Just handle with care and wash your hands after doing so. Please keep out of reach of pets and children as the risk comes from ingestion and I trust you as an adult buyer won’t stick it in your mouth but the puppy makes no such promises.

If your stained glass needs a clean after a long tenure on your wall, a good scrub with a soft toothbrush and some dish soap should do the trick. Please use glass-friendly polish afterwards to minimise the risk of patina (I recommend furniture polish containing carnuba wax). However most dust and fingerprints can be removed with a microfibre cloth so please try that first to save yourself the hassle.
